There’s a nice stand of mature timber throughout the property with a couple open areas ideal for small food plots.  With large blocks of adjoining habitat this patch of timber is a natural funnel for deer to pass through and the amount of deer sign definitely reflects that.  The morel mushroom hunting on the property is spectacular as well!  The adjoining farmer would be open to a hunting lease option of his 15 acres of timber located just East of this parcel.

There are multiple beautiful locations for a future home or weekend cabin with views of the lake and property.  Electricity is less than 1/4 mile up the road and would be easy to have it ran to your desired building site.

Overall we have never seen a property of this size that offers everything this one does.  This is a must see property!
