Every great team needs someone keeping all the moving parts together, and at Illinois Farm & Rec Land, that's Joey McNulty.

With more than 17 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and creative direction, Joey brings a creative eye, a knack for organization, and just the right amount of humor to the team. From marketing and managing listings to coordinating transactions, keeping agents on track, and handling the details no one else wants to tackle, Joey helps keep things moving behind the scenes.

Before finding her place in real estate, Joey spent years in the creative industry, including working as a Creative Director and owning a small business. Today, she combines that experience with her love for people, marketing, and making things happen.

Joey moved back home to Central Illinois in 2012 and now calls Chillicothe home. She and her husband, Chris, have a big blended family that keeps life anything but boring. They recently purchased their own 24 acres of Illinois land, giving Joey an even greater appreciation for the lifestyle and opportunities that come with owning a piece of the outdoors.

When she's not juggling listings, designing marketing materials, or keeping everyone organized, you'll find Joey spending time with family, enjoying a good laugh, planning the next get-together, or heading out on another adventure with Chris.

Joey loves being part of a team that works hard, doesn't take itself too seriously, and genuinely cares about helping people find their own piece of Illinois.
