Brad is a Peoria-area native who grew up in Morton, Illinois. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and business management from Iowa State University. Over the past 10 years, Brad has been involved in the investing and ownership of local businesses. Although he has enjoyed being involved in local businesses, his true passion lies in the outdoors. Growing up in Central Illinois, Brad has been an avid hunter, fisherman, and all around outdoorsman his whole life. He has extensive knowledge of trophy whitetails, their habits, as well as where they like to live.

Jack, a native of Central Illinois, was raised in Princeton, Illinois before moving to Tazewell County in 1998. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois in 1983 and has dedicated his career to collaborating with rural landowners and farmers. With over 30 years of sales experience at Country Financial, Jack has built long relationships with local farm owners. He has been helping clients with their real estate goals since 2019. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Jack has gained extensive knowledge about whitetail deer as well as waterfowl and their habitats through a lifetime of hunting in Central Illinois.

With more than 17 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and creative direction, Joey brings a creative eye, a knack for organization, and just the right amount of humor to the team. From marketing and managing listings to coordinating transactions, keeping agents on track, and handling the details no one else wants to tackle, Joey helps keep things moving behind the scenes. Before finding her place in real estate, Joey spent years in the creative industry, including working as a Creative Director and owning a small business. Today, she combines that experience with her love for people, marketing, and making things happen. Joey moved back home to Central Illinois in 2012 and now calls Chillicothe home. She and her husband, Chris, have a big blended family that keeps life anything but boring. They recently purchased their own 24 acres of Illinois land, giving Joey an even greater appreciation for the lifestyle and opportunities that come with owning a piece of the outdoors.
